Ile-de-France Regional Council HQ, Saint-Ouen

Muzéo embraced both a creative and technical challenge in designing bespoke artworks for the new headquarters of the Île-de-France Regional Council. Commissioned by Tishman Speyer, the project involved the conception and production of two monumental frescoes that would serve as striking visual statements within the space. Each artwork was first meticulously designed by Muzéo, drawing inspiration from street art to create a vibrant and dynamic composition that reflects the energy and diversity of the region’s people. Once finalised, the frescoes were printed on high-quality adhesive vinyl, precisely cut into strips, and carefully applied onto thin wooden panels. This innovative technique not only ensured a seamless installation but also added depth and texture to the final piece, enhancing its visual impact. The result is a bold and expressive artistic intervention that brings a contemporary, urban aesthetic to the headquarters, reinforcing the identity and cultural richness of the Île-de-France Region.
